WELCOME TO TLC HOSPICE
Tender Loving Care Hospice of Texas, formerly known as EHC Hospice, believes that hospice is a special concept of care designed to provide comfort and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments. In hospice care, emphasis is on care of physical symptoms and other medical problems associated with terminal illness, rather than on the cure of the disease. Priority is given to symptom control for patients and supportive care for family members.We also believe that there is still hope in having continuity of wonderful memories and moments with your family and friends. Hospice care allows patients to live at home or in a nursing home comfortably and with dignity until they die. Family members are able to be with their loved ones as they are dying and are given support in every way.
Our well experienced interdisciplinary team which includes experienced physicians are there to establish a treatment plan of care to ensure the needs of a patient/family are met. Our team wants you to know that we can be your partner during difficult times and we can stand by your side in giving you comfort and to your families.
